A leading Dutch nightclub questioned We R Asia whether it is possible to develop secure club chips.

The club chips are purchased at the entrance of the nightclub and serve as a replacement payment of money in the nightclub. The old club chips are made out of a plastic material with a printing. A simple and inexpensive way to produce the club chips, which makes copying easy and cheap.

We R Asia has seized the challenge and developed a new more secure club chip on the basis of a four-step production process. Starting with a metal coin, injected with plastic, printed and sealed with a waterproof plastic closure. To ensure safety, We R Asia has the tools for production in-house.

The secure club chips have the same size as the standard plastic club chips which allows the customer to continue the usage of his existing machines and devices for counting, sealing and cleaning. The correct interpretation of these features is We R Asia's customer extremely satisfied with a successful implementation of this challenge. The secure club chip is in three sections changeable in colour to adapt the availability for other nightclubs.
